Returns Policy

Clear return guidance for medical, surgical and veterinary products.

1. Overview

We want every order to arrive right. If something is wrong, contact us and we will make it right. This policy applies to all medical, surgical and veterinary products sold by Meddxx.

2. Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

3. Eligible items

  • Unused, unopened and in the original packaging with all labels, seals and accessories.
  • In resalable condition.

4. Non-returnable items

  • Sterile, single-use or disposable items once the packaging or seal is opened (e.g. sutures, needles, syringes, gloves, gowns, dressings).
  • Items that have been used, installed, or contacted a patient or animal.
  • Special-order, custom, engraved or made-to-order items.
  • Temperature-sensitive, expired-dating or hazardous items.
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper storage or normal wear.

5. Damaged, defective or wrong items

Report shipping damage, defects or incorrect items within 5 business days of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace, repair or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

6. How to return

  • Email support@meddxx.com with your order or quote number, item(s), quantity and reason.
  • We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RA number may be refused.
  • Pack items securely and mark the RA number on the outside of the box.

7. Refunds, fees and shipping

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Returns for reasons other than our error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee; return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it under this policy and place a new order or quote request.

9. Government and contract orders

For orders placed under a government purchase order or contract, the return and warranty terms of that contract take precedence over this policy.
